One person was injured in a car-motorcycle collision 11:25 a.m. today on Apricot Road, one mile west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a a 2012 Hyundai Sonata driven by Samuel J. Fancher, 43, Joplin, was stopped to make a left turn when it was hit in the rear by a 1997 Suzuki motorcycle driven by Dylan S. Walkly, 19, Baxter Springs, Kansas. Walkley was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
