A Goodman was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motorcycle accident 7:35 p.m. Saturday at I49 at U. S. 60 at the Neosho city limits.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Steven E. Hudson, 36, Goodman, lost control of a 2002 Yamaha SZ1 and overturned.\
Hudson was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
In addition to DWI, Hudson was cited for having on insurance and no motorcycle endorsement.
