5/31/2015 Terry G. Harless, 46 of Joplin, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

5/31/2015 Mark R. Chaplin, 57 of Webb City, was arrested for DWI

6/1/2015 Michael R. McQuade, 17 of Pine City, MN, was arrested for Receiving Stolen Property.

6/2/2015 Jason O. Murphree, 34, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

6/2/2015 Stetson D. Watson, 21 of Carl Junction, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

6/2/2015 Jennifer L. Thompson, 28 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Concealment of Narcotics into a Jail Facility.

6/2/2015 Elias C. Hagen, 31 of Carthage, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
