Athletics

·         The Roughrider Soccer team is now 12-3 on the season. They play their last regular season match Tuesday, Oct 18, 3pm vs East Central College. Region 16 playoffs will start this weekend. For a complete schedule go to: http://crowderathletics.com/sports/msoc/2016-17/schedule

·         Coach Tina Robbins Basketball Coaches Breakfast Friday, Oct. 21, 7:30am in Newton Hall Conference Room. She will discuss what to look forward to in the upcoming season. o   Neosho – Tuesday, Oct. 18, 10am-1pm, Wright Conference Center

o   Cassville – Thursday, Oct. 20, 10am-1pm, Student Commons Area

o   Nevada – Wednesday, Oct 19, 1-4pm, Room 217

·         Show Me Crowder – Wednesday, Oct. 19, 9am-check in followed by welcome, campus tours & department expo & lunch. Registration may be made online: Crowder.edu under Quick Links. This event is open to high school students and parents or anyone interested in attending Crowder College.

·         International Market, October 25, 11am-2pm in the Student Center on the Neosho campus. International students will prepare foods and art from their countries. Community Events

·         Art Exhibit by Michael Knutson & Brian Kennedy McCallum, Oct 4-28, in the Longwell Museum, 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday, with an artist reception Friday, Oct. 28 at noon. For more information go to: longwellmuseum.com

·         Book Talk Tuesday, Nov. 29, 6:30pm in Longwell Museum located inside the Elsie Plaster  – The Good Lieutenant by Whitney Terrell.
