A Lamar woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 12:40 p.m. today on I-49, three miles south of Lamar.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Jeep Liberty driven by Janice A. Rawlings, 62, Nevada, was stopped on the shoulder during heavy rainfall and was struck in the rear by a 2005 Honda Accord driven by Kathleen G. Wilson, 73, West Hills, California.
A passenger in the Wilson vehicle, Carol Standley, 78, Lamar, was treated for minor injuries at Barton County Memorial Hospital, Lamar.
