12/23/2016 Jason P. D. Liberty, 20 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd

12/24/2016 Alvaro I. Garcia-Hernandez, 33 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI, No Driver’s License, and
Fail to Yield to Emergency Vehicle.
12/25/2016 Tri-Venson Route, 20 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
12/26/2016 Shelby C.M. Reeves, 20 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
