A Neosho man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:10 p.m. Thursday on Hammer Road, two miles north of Neosho.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Eric M. Burns, 34, Neosho, ran off the roadway and ran into a tree.
Burns was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
