Highway Patrol arrested Alexander G. Mikeska, 23, Joplin, on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance 2 a.m. today in Jasper County.
The Patrol also arrested a Carthage woman, Faith Villagres-Ajtun, 27, on a misdemeanor Carterville warrant for for driving without insurance. She was arrested at 2:30 a.m. in Newton County.
