Jasper Police arrest three, confiscate methamphetamines

Three persons were all arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of meth related drug paraphernalia on 01/09/17. 

Jasper officers made contact with subjects occupying and/or standing near a white 4-door vehicle in the parking lot of of a business near Mercer and 4th, in reference to suspicious behavior. 

After signs of nervousness were observed and signs of being under the influence of methamphetamines observed, a consent search of the vehicle was conducted. 

Syringes containing suspected methamphetamine inside and several "used" syringes were located in the vehicle, along with a digital scale. 

After further investigation, a male subject from Pineville, Mo, was found to have a baggy with suspected methamphetamine hiddin in his pants, and a woman from Jasper, Mo., was found to be concealing a baggy with suspected methamphetamine inside.... anti-depressants which are a controlled substance were also found on the female. 

Three persons were arrested and face charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
