A Grove, Oklahoma man was cited for driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 2:40 a.m. today on eastbound I-44, four miles west of Sarcoxie.
Accordindg to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Chevrolet S-10 driven by Henry S. Warren, 40, Grove, ran off the roadway and overturned.
Warren, who was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, was also charged with careless and imprudent driving and for not having any insurance.
