:Pittsburg woman injured, Webb City man unhurt in collision on I-49

A Pittsburg, Kansas woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 2 p.m. Sunday on northbound I-49, three miles north of Jasper.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Dodge Stratus driven by Tonya J. Delmont, no age given, Pittsburg, Kansas, traveled into the left land and struck a 2004 Ford F-350 pickup driven by Ronald J. Hall, 70, Webb City.

After the impact, the Delmont vehicle traveled off the right side of the road, down a embankment and struck a tree. The Hall vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway, crossed the median and struck a guard rail.

Delmont was treated for moderate injuries at Via Christi Hospital, Pittsburg.
