2/10/17 Brandon M. Burnett, 31 of Joplin, was arrested for Trespassing 1st and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

2/11/17 Jacqueline M. Ferguson, 46 of Grove, OK, was arrested for Resisting/Interfering With an Arrest/Detention/or Stop by Fleeing, and Careless and Imprudent.

2/11/17 James M. Johnson, 54 of Joplin, was arrested for DWI, Fail to Comply with Court Order Requiring Use of Ignition Interlock Device.

2/12/17 Oran J. Ringen III, 53 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd .

2/12/17 Ibrahim S. Idreis, 35 of Noel, was arrested for DWI.

2/12/17 Jameson C. Schubert, 25 of Duenweg, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd .

2/14/17 Brent A. Luthi, 24 of Jasper, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving While Revoked.

2/14/17 Matthew D. Gordon, 46 of Joplin, was arrested for Driving While Suspended, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
