An El Dorado Springs man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5 p.m. Saturday on I-49, two miles north of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Gary D. Smith, 55, El Dorado Springs, drove off the left side of the road into the median. The motorcycle overturned and ejected Smith.
Smith was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
