Joplin woman, Pierce City residents injured in two-vehicle collision

Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 9:45 a.m. Sunday on Route V at Cortez Lane.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Ford F-150 driven by Sherrey L. Moore, 68, Joplin, attempted to turn northbound onto Cortez Lane in the path of a 1994 Toyota Camry driven by June M. Davis, 36, Pierce City. The Davis vehicle struck the Moore vehicle on the passenger side.

Moore was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.

Davis and a passenger, Jasmin A. Armstrong, 15, Pierce City, refused treatment for minor injuries.
