2/7/17 Steven A. Hutchinson, 51 of Carthage, was arrested for DWI, Open Container, and Driving While
Revoked.
The charges for which the above was arrested is merely an accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
