A Pineville man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 9:15 p.m. Monday at Bear Hollow Road and Quail Lane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Charles J. Hamill, 39, Pineville, driving a 1999 Dodge 1500, failed to maneuver a turn and went off the roadway into a ditch.
Hamill was treated for minor injuries at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, Arkansas.
