2/8/2017 Hugo A. Hernandez-Burrios, 28 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 2nd, and
Possession of a Controlled Substance.
2/9/2017 Joseph A. Livingston, 31 of Carthage, was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd
.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
