7/7/17 Ramsey K. Costa, 33 of Carthage, was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
The charge for which the above was arrested is a mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charge must be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
