The Missouri Public Service Commission has established the deadline for those wishing to intervene and participate in water and sewer rate cases filed by the Missouri-American Water Company.
Applications to intervene and participate in these rate cases must be filed no later than July 25, 2017, with the Secretary of the Missouri Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, or by using the Commission’s Electronic Filing and Information System (EFIS) atwww.psc.mo.gov .

Box 360, Jefferson City, Missouri 65102, telephone 1-800-392-4211, e-mail pscinfo@psc.mo.gov). The Office of the Public Counsel is a separate state agency that represents the general public in matters before the Commission.
On June 30, 2017, Missouri-American Water Company filed water and sewer rate cases with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking to increase annual operating revenues by approximately $74.6 million; a general rate increase of approximately 25% annually for water and sewer services.
Missouri-American Water Company serves approximately 463,700 water customers and 12,400 sewer customers in Missouri.
