A Joplin woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 4:05 p.m. Monday on West 20th Street, one mile west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Mercury Sable driven by Peter J. Haak, 38, Galena, Kansas, drove off the south side of the roadway and struck Donna F. Anderson, 56, Joplin, as she was mowing her yard.
Anderson was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
