A Texas man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:50 a.m. today on Route M, three miles east of Asbury.
According to the Highway Patrol report, an International Penske rental driven by Patrick S. Millery, 34, Texas, ran off the right side of the roadway, returned to the roadway, ran off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Millery was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
