11/2/17 Dawson A.R. Howell, 19 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
The charge for which the above was arrested is a mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence must be presented
before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
