BADGE PINNING
Travis Osterman was promoted to Patrol Lieutenant effective Saturday Nov 4.
He will supervise the Patrol Division and will be the Officer In Charge (OIC) during the Chief's absence.
Travis previously worked at Sarcoxie Police Department (1995-1997) and Newton County Sheriff's Office Jail (1997-1998)
He was hired in May of 1998, was promoted to Patrol Corporal in March 2002, and was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in June 2003.
Travis' wife, Brooke, pinned his new Lieutenant's badge in front of City Council.
