A Joplin man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 4:30 p.m. today on MO 76, 6.5 miles west of Cape Fair.
According to the Highway Patrol report, John D. Cruzan, 53, driving a 2009 Kawasaki motorcycle, lost control on loose gravel and overturned.
Cruzan was airlifted to Mercy Hospital, Springfield, with serious injuries.
