(From Stone's Throw Dinner Theatre)

Stone’s Throw Dinner Theatre is pleased to announce its upcoming production of Four Weddings And An Elvis, running February 1, 2 and 3 and 8, 9 and 10. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

This hilarious and heartwarming comedy by Nancy Frick is being produced by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

The story begins with Sandy, the four-times-married and three-times-divorced owner of a wedding chapel in Las Vegas, who has seen her fair share of matrimonies! Witness four of her funniest: Bev and Stan, who are getting married…by the King himself…as revenge on their exes. Vanessa and Bryce, two arrogant aging stars who are tying the knot as a publicity ploy and are vexed by an aging Elvis, who doesn’t know who they are. And Martin and Fiona, a gentle postal worker and a tough ex-con, who couldn’t be more in love and are trying to get married before the police arrive.

However, the final nuptial is the most touching of all: Sandy’s fifth and final wedding to the love of her life and which reveals a hilarious twist!

Robert Myers is directing the production with a talented cast of Shanti Navarre, Misty Hammer, Da- vid Storm, Shane Atkins, William “Bill” Roehling, Melanie Kloppenborg, David Kloppenborg, Zach Bradley, Sierra Russow, Phillip Butler, Ed Towle and a mystery man.

The crew includes Kaitlin Morrill and Ruth Guzman.

The dinner menu is Elvis’ Favorite Meatloaf with Bacon, mashed potatoes and gravy, southern corn, corn bread and a gooey butter cake for dessert. If anyone has special dietary con- cerns, please let the theatre know when reservations are made.

Stone’s Throw Dinner Theatre is a stone’s throw west of Carthage at 2466 Old 66 Boulevard (old Route 66 west of the golf course).
