Homecoming festivities celebrated at Thomas Jefferson

The 2019 Thomas Jefferson Independent Day School Cavalier Homecoming Court is (from left): Sophomores Owen D’Amour and Kayley Ball, Seniors Luke Kirk, Grace Jacobs, and Kaisin Qiu, King Aaron Wells, Queen Shannon Tewari, Senior Richard Joseph, III, Juniors Chase Kellenberger and Jaden Moore, and Freshmen Elias Rincker and Jennalee Dunn.

During the pep rally on Jan. 11, Aaron Wells and Shannon Tewari were named Homecoming King and Queen, and were crowned by last year’s Homecoming King, Aaron McDonald.




 Students in all grades participated in Spirit Week, and the Cavalier Cheerleaders distributed several spirit awards before commencing the traditional homecoming pep rally games. 

 Cyra Evans and Matthew Palmer were named Spirit Queen and Spirit King. 

 The TJ Pep Band performed from the bleachers during the assembly, and the Cavalier Cheerleaders organized several fun games.
