1/18/2019 Lode K Slankard 21 of Baxter Springs, KS was arrested for Resisting Detention.
1/21/2019 Terri L Sutherland 38 of Carterville, MO was arrested for Inhalation or Inducing Solvent.
1/21/2019 Daniel J Perry 28 of Carterville, MO was arrested for Inhalation or Inducing Solvent.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
