On 08/06/2019, 16 year old white, male, Jacob Parker ran away from the 1100 block of south Maple St. in Carthage, MO.
He was last known to have a Dallas Cowboys star shaved into his hair.
He's approximately 5'10" tall and 150 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. It's unknown what he was wearing. He's known to frequent the Webb City area. If you see him or have any information please contact your local law enforcement and the Carthage Police Department at 417-237-7200.
