McDonald County in southwestern Missouri... * Until 445 PM CDT Thursday. * At 1039 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain of up to 2 inches per hour across the warned area. 1 to 2 inches of rain have already fallen with repeated thunderstorm development expected over the next few hours. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding. Locations in the warning include... Big Sugar Creek State Park... Anderson... Noel...
