According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Keith J. Greathouse, 26, Stark City, left the roadway and struck a fence.
Greathouse, who was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for driving while revoked and not wearing a seat belt.
