According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Suzuki G5RX-600 driven by Damon C. Metcalf, 20, crossed the center line into the path of a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Katherine R. Curby, 37, Pierce City.
Metcalf was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, to be treated for serious injuries.
