According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Toyota Tundra driven by Michael D. Weichmann, 65, Friendswood, Texas, was in the passing lane and a 2018 Freightliner box truck driven by Lorenzo Saldierna, 36, Springdale, Arkansas, was in the driving lane when Weichmann's towed unit began to fishtail and struck the driver's side of the Saldierna vehicle, which traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guard rail.
The Weichmann vehicle traveled into the median and the towed unit overturned.
Weichmann was treated for minor injuries at Northwest Regional Hospital, Bentonville, Arkansas.
