Crash in front of Simple Simon's Pizza in Granby results in DWI arrest

February 14th at about 4 p.m., the Granby PD responded to a crash on W. Valley in front of Simple Simon's Pizza. 

While talking with the drivers, the officers developed reason to believe one of the drivers was intoxicated. 

The driver was subsequently arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, assault, and possession of a controlled substance. All charges are pending review by the prosecutor's office.
