According to the Highway Patrol report, Jacob R. Davis, 19, Joplin, was fleeing from law enforcement in a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer when he ran off the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned.
Davis was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
No arrest information has been posted at this time.
