Lamar man sentenced on drug, weapons, receiving stolen property, nine felony charges total

On August 10, 2020, Ary Dwayne Cliett, Lamar, pled guilty to the charges of delivery of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and unlawful use of a weapon.

Judge Gary Troxel sentenced Cliett as follows:

For events occurring on June 21, 2017
1. delivery of a controlled substance 10 years
2. delivery of a controlled substance 10 years
3. receiving stolen property 5 years

For events occurring on March 4, 2019
1. delivery of a controlled substance 10 years
2. unlawful use of a weapon 4 years








For events occurring on February 12, 2020
1. receiving stolen property 5 years
2. receiving stolen property 5 years
3. delivery of a controlled substance 10 years

For events occurring on May 16, 2020
1. receiving stolen property 5 years

All sentences are to run concurrent. Cliett is awaiting transportation to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve his sentences.
