A Goodman man was cited for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 5:49 p.m. Sunday on Route F, seven miles west of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by Billy J. Briley, 54, Goodman, traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, overturned in the road and rolled off the left side of the road.
Briley was airlifted to Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, with serious injuries.
In addition to DWI, Briley was cited for driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving, displaying the plates of another, failure to register motor vehicle, no insurance and for not wearing a seat belt.
