A Jasper man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 8:21 a.m. today on MO 96 at MO 39, one mile south of Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Ford Mustang driven by Jadeon T. Deal, 20, Jasper, was driving at a high rate of speed when it struck a 2009 Ford F250 driven by Corey L. Stockton, 30, Miller, while it was attempting to cross MO 96.
Deal was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
