City of Joplin encouraging residents to take survey on internet use

(From the City of Joplin)

As part of its Smarter Joplin Roadmap initiative, the City and our partners are working to learn more about our community’s technology usage and needs.

To start this effort, we are conducting an Internet Gap Study within our city. The study will provide vital information to help determine the level of connectivity that exists throughout Joplin.

Below you will find the survey links to the respective survey, was well as a speed test link that will assist us to determine the connectivity speeds across the City. Please note that these links go directly to Surveymonkey.com, the responses are confidential, and the City will not see any individual information.
