According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Brandon C. Garcia, 20, Southwest City, failed to negotiate a turn, ran off the roadway and overturned.
Garcia, who was also cited for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway, not having a valid license or wearing a seat belt, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
