A Golden City man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on U. S. 160 at Church Street in Golden City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Arctic Cat ATV driven by John R. Spears, 31, Golden City, failed to yield and was struck in the side by a 1994 Chevrolet 1500 driven by Jason L. Brown, 27, Lamar. Both occupants of the ATV were ejected.
A passenger, Michael S. Wilken, 20, Golden City, was treated for minor injuries at Cox Barton County Hospital, Lamar.
