Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 11:52 a.m. today on Highway AA, one mile south of Carterville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Ford Ranger driven by Brenda L. Southard, 61, Carthage, pulled into the path of a 2009 Pontiac G8 driven by Kayla Keeper, 30, Joplin.
Southard and Keeper were treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
