A Pineville man was arrested for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash 6:45 p.m. Saturday on Bear Hollow Road, two miles east of Jane.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2017 GMC Sierra driven by Kaleb B. Downing, 28, Pineville, ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree.
A passenger, Zachary J. Cochran, 21, Pineville, was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas.
In addition to DWI, Downing was cited for careless and imprudent driving.
