07/03/2023 Officer was dispatched to the area of 11th and Lexington regarding a past tense property damage. Investigation continues.

07/05/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of W. 6th St. for property damage. Investigation continues.

07/06/2023 A bicycle was found at Dollar General. It was taken to the Police Department for safekeeping.

07/06/2023 Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of E 6th St. for a domestic assault report.







 
07/09/2023 Officers were dispatched to Pete’s for a hold-up alarm. Suspect was gone on arrival. Officers then received a call of a vehicle headed east on 6th St at high rate of speed and not stopping at stop signs. Another call was then received that the vehicle had crashed in the 1000 block of E. 9th St. Suspect was arrested and awaiting charges of Driving While Suspended/Revoked and Assault-Police Officer.

07/09/2023 Officer conducted a traffic stop on a person on a riding lawn mower at 17th & Gulf. Driver was transported to the Barton County Jail and issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.
