A Carthage woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:20 a.m. today on MO 171 three miles west of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Pontiac G6 driven by Sydney M. Sanders, 22, Carthage, was traveling too fast on a curve, drove off the left side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Sanders was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
