(From Joplin High School)Each summer here at JHS, we host the SWMO Regional Youth Theatre musical, and students have been working hard to perfect this year's presentation of "Footloose: The Musical."
The show opens at 7pm this Friday, June 21 and Saturday, June 22 in the JHS Performing Arts Center. With only two showings, we anticipate a full auditorium, so we encourage guests to purchase tickets in advance! Tickets are $10 for adults, or $8 for students and seniors, and can be purchased at this link: http://tinyurl.com/swmofootloose. Tickets will also be sold at the door as availability allows.
This happens to be the 40th anniversary of "Footloose" and it coincides with the 4th annual SWMO Regional Youth Theatre show!
Students with amazing talent from Joplin, Webb City, Carl Junction, Neosho, Mount Vernon, Carthage, El Dorado Springs, McDonald County and Germany will be represented - we hope to see you there!
