(From Zimmer Marketing)

Zimmer Marketing invites you to join us for a special radiothon dedicated to supporting the Honor Flight of the Ozarks on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Tune in to one of Zimmer Marketing's six radio stations (NewsTalk KZRG, KIX 102.5, Kissin 92.5, Classic Hits 93.9, Big Dog 97.9, 1230 The Talker) and contribute until 6 PM to help our veterans embark on a memorable trip to Washington, D.C., to visit their war memorials.

Your donations will make a significant impact, and you can be a part of this noble cause by calling our studio at 417-782-1375.

About Honor Flight of the Ozarks

Honor Flight of the Ozarks is a non-profit organization with a mission to honor our veterans by providing them with an unforgettable journey to the nation's capital. These trips, free of charge to the veterans, allow them to visit memorials dedicated to their service and sacrifices. Flights depart from Springfield-Branson Regional Airport and are a profound way to express gratitude to those who have served our country.

Become a "Friend of the Flight"

Join the "Friend of the Flight" program by pledging a $20 (or greater) monthly donation using your credit or debit card. Your contribution is tax-deductible, as Honor Flight of the Ozarks is a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Impressively, 97.5% of the funds raised go directly to supporting the flights, with minimal administrative costs.

Supporting Our Heroes

Each flight costs approximately $155,000 and includes around 181 veterans and volunteers (80 veterans, 80 guardians, and 21 staff/medical personnel/media). This year, Honor Flight of the Ozarks has organized three charter flights scheduled for May, August, and October. Veterans from World War II, the Korean War, and Vietnam War, along with guardians, will participate in these significant journeys.

Your Donations Stay Local

All funds raised remain within our region, directly supporting our local veterans. Donors receive a tax-deductible receipt from Honor Flight of the Ozarks.
