An Oronogo woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7 a.m. today on Route YY at County Road 290.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Toyota Sienna driven by Michelle A. Garrett, 40, Oronogo, drove off the right side of the roadway to avoid hitting another vehicle.
Her vehicle struck an embankment and a fence post.
Garrett was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
