A Noel man was cited for felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 2:20 p.m. Friday on Route H two miles west of Pineville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2008 Chrysler Sebring driven by Immy Joe Ukau, 27, Noel, ran off the left side ot the roadway and struck a tree.
In addition to DWI, Ukau, who was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin, was also cited for no valid license and careless and imprudent driving.
