Two South Greenfield residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident 1:37 p.m. today on MO 39 at Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Ford F350 driven by Keith A. Lutton, 69, South Greenfield, traveled off the roadway and struck a tree.
Lutton was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Springfield.
A passenger, Debera J. Lutton, 62, South Greenfield, was airlifted to Mercy with serious injuries.
