16-year-old killed in McDonald County UTV accident

A 16-year-old Bentonville, Arkansas boy was killed in a UTV accident Monday morning on Route 2 three miles east of Anderson.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2022 Tracker 800SX UTV driven by the boy overturned while it was making a turn.

McDonald County Coroner John Fletcher was pronounced dead on the scene at 12:15 p.m.

The fatality was the 88th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
